Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders of $75 or more within Canada.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. North Stag is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

If your package arrives damaged or your order is incorrect, please contact info@northstag.ca as soon as possible with your order number and photos.
